faint writing Very good heat retention. nice cup in general but the engraving is so light and minimal it is almost unreadable. The engraving is very neat and clean lines but needs to be more than just a slight scratch on the surface. Too hard to read.

A conversation starter! I am enjoying using my new order cup! It is eye catching, nice to hold and drink out of, and easy to clean...everyone comments on it and asks about where they can buy one! My only criticism is I would like a smaller one as I normally order small coffees rather than large. Will you be making a smaller version? Also the cup only fits in the cup holder on the door of the car, rather than the cup holders in the middle console - some friends have said they can't order one specifically because it does not fit there.
