My Order Cup will replace your purchase if your goods are considered to be faulty or incorrect. 

No Returns/Exchange

  • All sales are final - Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept returns for "change of mind". 
  • If you receive your order & you believe it to be damaged or faulty please contact us immediately.

Damages & Issues 

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
  • We do not take responsibility for damages caused by misuse or not following the provided care instructions.  This includes dishwasher use.
  • We do not accept order cancellations.
  • We do not accept if you change your mind.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Each item is custom made - all sales are final.
  • Please double check all details before submitting your order - we will not be responsible if incorrect information has been provided.
  • If you wish to make a claim you must notify us with in 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Please email us with a description of your claim & an image of the faulty item attached. 
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse - this includes scratches & dents.  Please follow care instructions provided.
